Panama City Free Tax Zone License
We have invested in new facilities at Panapark Free Zone, the largest private free zone complex in Panama. The Free Zone offers our customers and us the capacity to receive and store products while enjoying the tax benefits of the Panamanian Law 32.

Panama CONAPRED License
We are fully registered and authorized to operate by CONAPRED (the National Commission for the Study and Prevention of Crime Related to Drugs), which allows us to transport controlled substances in Panama, while fully complying with local and international regulations.

Responsible Care
Our staff and suppliers are fully aware of the Responsible Care program, and we follow adequate safety and environmental procedures to prevents accidents that could hurt our associates or the environment. We have many years of experience in the handling of materials classified as hazardous, and we know how to prevent accidents and how to respond in case of unexpected events responsibly. We work with some of the most important chemical companies in the world (BASF, Clariant, Shell Chemical, Dow Chemical), and we know how to comply with their strict requirements for the safe loading and transportation of your cargo.

Compliance with BASC
BASC -Business Alliance for Secure Commerce-, is an international business alliance that promotes safe trade in voluntary cooperation with governments, border agencies, control authorities, and international organizations. BASC compliance is based on applying internationally recognized standards and security procedures, thus guaranteeing the transparency, safety, and compliance of your logistics operations.

C-TPAT Compliance
The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) is a voluntary supply-chain security program led by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) focused on improving the security of private companies’ supply chains concerning terrorism. All our US suppliers are required to know and follow US C-TPAT procedures to ensure the integrity and full legal compliance of your cargo.
